Fire Doors (120 minutes & 60 Minutes)

MATERIAL: Door Frames are made from Galvanized Steel.

DOOR FRAMES: Door Frames are produced from 1.20/1.60mm galvanized steel sheet, formed to a profile with a maximum bending radius of 1.4mm.
The door frames can be fixed to the brick or block walls using Anchors.

VISION GLASS: Fire Rated Clear Vision Glass with can be provided for a maximum of 2 hours fire rating. The Vision Glass can be provided with different thickness and fire rating based on the requirement.

FINISH: The doorframes and door shutters are Zinc - Phosphated and finished with UV resistance pure polyester powder coating.

DOOR FITTINGS

HINGES: Stainless Steel Ball Bearing Butt Hinges of 3mm thickness are fixed flush to the frame and door.

LOCK: Mortise Sash Lock (Narrow Stile) with Lever Handles, Mortise Dead Bolt (Narrow Stile) and Panic Devices can be provided as required.

FLUSH BOLTS (DOUBLE DOOR): Concealed extended lever action flush bolts are provided on the top of the door to the leading stile edge.

DOOR CLOSERS: Doors can be fitted with a large variety of Door Closers.

OPTIONS: Exit, Electro Magnetic Hold Open Device, Door Coordinator, Smoke Seals for Air Tightness, etc., can be provided if required.

FIRE RATED FIXED GLAZED PARTITION / WINDOW

Providing and fixing of tested 120 minutes fire rated - integrity and radiation control and partial insulation (EW120) - fully glazed non-load bearing fixed partition system. The glass should be Contraflam Door Lite 11 mm clear 120 min fire rated and partially insulated (EW120), Non Wired Toughened glass having a sound reduction of >37dB, LT of 86% and compliant to class 2(B)2 category of Impact Resistance as per EN 12600. The glass should be manufactured in UL & TUV audited Facility and including UL-EU Certification.The glass is tested as per EN 1364-1 in Efectis, Nederland or any other international reputed laboratory.

The profiles are manufactured from 1.60 mm galvanized steel sheet pressed formed to a profile of the dimension of 60 x 70 (overall dimension in mm) as per test evidence. The profile has to be fixed to the supporting construction by means of M10 or bigger steel bolts at every 150 mm from the edges and every 500 mm (approx) c/c. The glass should be held in its place with the help of minimum 1.60 mm GI beading which can be clamped or bolted to the profile by 4 mm x 35 mm steel screws at every 250 m c/c and a ceramic tape of the cross section of 5 mm x 20 mm as per the test evidence. The glass should be installed using a ceramic tape. The glass panes are to be supported on non combustible5 mm Calcium Silicate setting blocks. The maximum glazing size cannot be more than 1100 mm x 2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqmts in total area or can vary as per the test certification.
